Raysh Weiss
American rabbi
Raysh Weiss is an American rabbi who has held various leadership positions within the Jewish community. Currently, she serves as Co-Senior Rabbi of Temple Israel of Natick, Massachusetts. Her previous roles include Senior Rabbi of Beth El of Bucks County in Pennsylvania and spiritual leader of Shaar Shalom Synagogue in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Additionally, Weiss has worked as a Jewish chaplain at Dalhousie University and the University of King's College.
Weiss is a multifaceted individual with diverse interests and pursuits. She is the founder and director of YentaNet, and is also involved in social activism, music, and writing. Her written work has been featured in several publications, including Tablet Magazine, JewSchool, and My Jewish Learning. Weiss has participated in notable fellowship programs, including the Bronfman Fellowship and the Wexner Graduate Fellowship.
